Here’s what happens after you sign up to the Cut The Fat 60-Day Challenge…
First, we’ll invite you into the secret Facebook group where you’ll meet a bunch of folks just like you, committed to transforming their lives over the next 60 days.
Then you’ll receive an email with a link to your member’s area where you’ll find a short orientation video that will explain your next steps. In addition, you’ll find some short but powerful training material that will help you jump into action!
We all start on the same day, September 7, 2020.
On Monday, September 7th, you will do your first weigh in and send the result to Blythe through a very simple online form, which is posted on the private Facebook group. This will be your baseline measurement. We will also explain what other measurements to take at this time.
Yes, we will hold you accountable! Every Sunday you will weigh in and plan for the week. Blythe will check in with you personally through Facebook Messenger to strategize and answer questions specific to you.
September 7th at 8 pm EST, we will have a kick off Facebook Live in the private group where we will tell you how to jump into action. Then you just start taking action! Simple as that!
We are perpetually present for you in the secret/private Facebook group. You can ask questions on the Facebook group at any time and we will answer your questions, usually within few minutes to a couple of hours. Also the other Challengers often have great ideas and support!
We also post fun, weekly fitness challenges to help keep you moving and active…
Every Monday at 8 pm EST (5 pm PST) we host a Facebook Live Q&A to answer all of your questions. You do not have to be present live (many of our challengers are international) – you have an opportunity to leave your questions to be answered during the Live. For those who attend live, this is your opportunity to ask questions and as we answer them to ask follow up questions to make sure you know EXACTLY how to move forward.
Finally, at any point you can instant message Blythe with questions or challenges. Every Monday Blythe goes through the weight logs to find people who didn’t lose over the week and strategize with them to make the next week more effective!
Accountability and action is what this group is all about so if you feel stuck in a cycle of self-sabotage, you will LOVE this group!

Do I Have To Weigh In?
We require one weigh in per week and we also recommend that you take measurements and before and after pictures (only at the start and end of the challenge) for your own records. We get it, weight is not the only or best measure of success and we will teach you how to monitor your progress beyond the weight. That being said, it is useful information and will help us to coach you along the way.
What If I Change My Mind Or Don’t Like The Challenge?
No worries. Just drop us an email within 14 days and we’ll refund you and part as friends. 14 days is not always long enough to get the results you’re after, but it is long enough to know if this group is right for you.
Do You Build A Meal Plan For Me?
Hell to the no! We don’t believe meal plans are useful, at least not for the long run. We teach you to do for yourself so that you can do this forever. Most people don’t need meal plans, they need accountability and consistent action. If you log your food, we will look at it for you and make recommendations for improvements, we also share recipes and you will see what others are eating in the group. Plans are awesome, but meal plans suck.
What If I Hate Facebook Or Don’t Have A Facebook Account?
We want the best for you and so we’re super clear on this one. Right now, this group is managed 90% through the Facebook group. If you don’t do Facebook, then this is definitely not the right program for you. 🙁 Your objection is noted and we will definitely consider other options for you in the future. For now, you may want to hold off.
I live abroad, can I still do this challenge?
Absolutely! We have international Challengers almost every challenge. The Facebook Lives are recorded, you can leave your questions on Facebook at any time and we’re in there answering them most days. The members area with all of the trainings is open to you 24/7, learn at your own pace
